What You Will Learn in Collection of Problems in Differential Calculus
"A Collection of Problems in Differential Calculus" is a problem-focused "calculus workbook" designed to help students deeply understand and practice "differential calculus" concepts. The book offers hundreds of problems spanning core topics such as limits, continuity, derivatives, optimization, curve sketching, and applications of differentiation. Each topic begins with a clear summary of key ideas followed by carefully selected exercises that range from routine practice to more challenging questions, many drawn from actual university-level exams. Alongside the problems, the book includes detailed solutions and hints that guide students through the reasoning and methods needed to solve them.
Beyond standard drills, it also features true/false and multiple-choice questions to build conceptual clarity and over 180 figures that help illustrate function behavior and geometric ideas visually. The collection is meant as a "supplementary study resource" for students taking introductory calculus courses and a practical reference for teachers preparing lessons or exams.
