About Author :-
The author James Loudon (1841 – 1916) was a Canadian professor of mathematics and Natural Pholosophy and President at the University of Toronto from 1892 to 1906. He visited the United Kingdom to attend the 450th jubilee of the University of Glasgow in June 1901, and received an honorary doctorate (LL.D) from the university. He was a dedicated mathematician and educator who aimed to make mathematics accessible to everyone. He wrote "Algebra for Beginners" to help students and self-learners easily understand the concepts of "basic algebra".
